The Planning Board's Priority Capital Improvement Projects to Advance Plan 2035 identifies physical improvements to be constructed by, or in partnership with, public agencies to support and/or facilitate private and institutional development of the intended mix of uses, experiences, and opportunities in Plan 2035's five Downtowns and the Innovation Corridor, enhancing the quality of life for current and future residents, workers, students, and visitors to Prince George’s County.
